Synopsis: The Spencer Flight and Education Center is a state-of-the-art facility that promotes the education and safety of western Kansas pilots and passengers. It was built in 2012 and has grown in its mission since that time. The SFEC offers scholarships to young pilots in training, holds a monthly pilot meeting called IMC Club, contains the Redbird FMX flight simulator for pilot use, as well as holds various aviation courses, youth camps and other programming. There are also certified flight instructors if you have an interest in aviation.
